Nashville Smut Lovers was created in September of 2023 by Maryssa Edwards and Alexa Sierra. They’ve been friends for over ten years, bonding over the love for travel, same career choices as nannies, both having Great Danes and finally over their love for smut books. Maryssa’s first book in the smut world was 365 Days by Blanka Lipinska, which lead to her growing love for the mafia world and fictional bad boys. Alexa’s first book in the smut world was Bound By Honor by Cora Reilly, coincidentally also a mafia story, which lead to her love of morally grey men.

This group originated on Facebook before growing on socials to Instagram and TikTok. We have connected with over 1,300 women, bringing them together in a community with no judgement. We meet minimally once a month, but sometimes more! Monthly meet ups are a fun way to get to know your fellow smutties, make new friends, and discuss your current read. Our favorite part about this group is that we don’t read the same book every month like a traditional book club! Everyone has different kinks, triggers and trope preferences. We strive to be inclusive in every way, including this way!
